Open Assistant was one of the first big projects I worked on. I was recommended the project by my friend, Dan. After viewing the project on Github and talking to some of the team members on Discord, I started designing the interface for the application. Open-Assistant was an open source LLM which was trained by everyone. The goal of the project was to collect enough community-driven data to create an ethical open source competitor to ChatGPT.

Garnering over 37,000 stars on Github, I was proud to be solidified in the top 8 contributors on this project.
